Have You Heard Of These 4 Methods To Make Extra Income?

There are so many ways to make extra income that it’s easy to overlook some of them.

We’ll reveal some overlooked money-making methods that could give your bank account the big boost it needs.

How hard is it to make an additional income without getting a second job? Not very hard, as the Internet can connect you with potential clients almost instantly. Plus, you can use it to find some rather unusual money-making opportunities that may have never crossed your mind.

While you’re probably familiar with standard side gigs like driving for Uber, tutoring, or babysitting, here are some odd jobs that may interest you a lot more:

1. Buy low, sell high.

An easy and quick way to earn extra cash is to sell your used stuff online. But what if you have nothing you want to sell? If that’s the case, you can sell other people’s stuff that you find for free to earn a nice profit.

Some call this money-making method “Craigslist Arbitrage.” It involves going on the Craigslist website and browsing their free section. You pick up items that people are giving away for free, and you repost them with a price. Once it sells to another Craigslist user, you pocket the difference.

If you get really good at this side gig, it could become so profitable that you decide to do it full time. All you need is some space to store the stuff, and you’re good to go.

2. Turn your car into a moving billboard.

Have you ever seen standard-sized cars on the road that are coated in advertisements? You may think the drivers are the actual business owners, but they could be people using their cars to make a bit of extra money.

Wrapify is a company that hires people to wrap their cars in business ads. In return, they pay them to showcase the ads around town.

How much can you make by doing this? Wrapify claims the average user brings in just under $500 per month, which is a decent chunk of change for doing little work.

3. Make the most of unused space in your home.

Do you have empty closets in your home, or maybe a spare room? Are one of your parking spaces unoccupied? Is your garage doing nothing but collecting dust? If you answered yes to any of those questions, you could put that unused space to use by renting it out to others who need to store their stuff.

Neighbor is one website that offers this money-making capability, and they claim you can make around $2,500 per year by doing it.

4. Rent out baby supplies you no longer use.

Raising a baby can be quite expensive, which is why many parents have started renting baby supplies instead of buying them brand new. They don’t necessarily rent them from stores, either, as everyday people are now becoming their suppliers.

Take the site BabyQuip, for example. It lets you rent and deliver baby gear to other parents for a price. Once they’re done, you pick up your stuff and rent it to someone else, all while earning extra money for your time.
